RETURN POLICY
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories intact.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted if:
• The product has been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or modified in any way.
• Original tags, packaging, authenticity materials, or included accessories are missing.
• The product shows signs of use, handling, odors, stains, scratches, or other wear.
• Any sealed product, packaging, or protective wrapping has been opened, removed, or tampered with.
• The item was purchased as a limited release, numbered product, final sale item, or otherwise marked as non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
GRAVESHIFT reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
